Retourné Index is an online discovery and comparison platform that aggregates publicly available listings for pre-owned luxury goods from third-party resale platforms. Retourné does not sell products, process transactions, authenticate items, or set prices.
All listings are provided for informational purposes only.

Users may create an account and log in using third-party authentication providers (such as Google) or email-based authentication methods (such as magic links). Retourné does not require users to create a password.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service.
4. No Commercial Relationship
Retourné is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any brand, designer, or resale platform unless explicitly stated.
Any purchase you make occurs directly with a third-party platform, and Retourné is not a party to that transaction.
5. Third-Party Links & Affiliate Disclosure
Retourné may include links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only.
We do not control, operate, or guarantee the accuracy, availability, or practices of third-party sites. Prices, availability, and product details may change at any time.
Retourné may earn a commission when users click on affiliate links and complete a purchase on a third-party site.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not warrant that:
- Listings are accurate or current
- Products are authentic or available
- The site will be uninterrupted or error-free

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Retourné shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or any third-party transaction.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed $100.
